Abstract

EN The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on operational risk management. The investigation, based on surveys and case studies in IT companies in Bangladesh, has found that AI has increased automation, and analytical power, eliminated time-consuming and repetitive operations and procedures, in-depth understanding of data, and simplified the decision-making process. It is also useful in fraud detection. but there are also issues connected with the implementation of AI in the risk management process, for example, cyber-security and proper integration in the whole risk management process of the company.
