Abstract
EN The publication presents the frescoes of Piotr Pawel Drozdowicz, created in the interior of the Church of St. Eloi in Comblessac (Brittany) in 2022-2023. Four frescoes depict scenes from the history of the town, highlighting important figures of the region. One of them shows a scene of the stay of General Maczek's Polish soldiers in Comblessac at the beginning of World War II. The fifth fresco presents a symbolic scene of St. Michael the Archangel, the patron saint of Brittany. The publication describes the town's history as well as the artistic concepts of the frescoes and the scenes depicted. It also includes watercolor projects and portrait sketches.
