EN The article presents a study of the impact of implementing robotic process automation in the customer service process for a manufacturing industry company. The study showed that the implementation of robotic process automation can contribute to shortening the implementation time of the analyzed process and eliminating ineffective activities. The presented conclusions suggest that the implementation of such solutions may eliminate limitations in repeatable company processes.
