Abstract
EN The article presents the results of an analysis of the legal requirements related to sustainability for manufacturing companies. It then concludes what new responsibilities and necessities for change result from the mentioned legal requirements. A model for diagnosing the needs in preparation for the environmental-energy transformation of the enterprise was proposed, which enables the implementation of steps to achieve climate neutrality of the enterprise.
