Abstract
PL Referat dotyczy zagadnienia wahań napięcia, będących jednym z najpowszechniejszych zaburzeń jakości energii elektrycznej, oraz migotania oświetlenia, które może być skutkiem tego zaburzenia. W referacie przedstawiono przegląd wybranych metod oceny percepcji migotania oświetlenia oraz sposobów pomiaru uciążliwości migotania oświetlenia wywołanego wahaniami napięcia. Na podstawie przeprowadzonego przeglądu literatury zidentyfikowano wyzwania w zakresie oceny migotania oświetlenia wywołanego wahaniami napięcia.
EN The paper deals with the issue of voltage fluctuations, which are one of the most common disturbances of power quality, and the flicker, which can be the result of this disturbance. The paper presents a review of selected methods for assessing the perception of flicker and methods for measuring the severity of flicker caused by voltage fluctuations. Based on the carried out literature review, challenges in the assessment of flicker caused by voltage fluctuations have been identified.
