Abstract
PL W artykule przedstawiono metodę wyznaczenia parametrów schematów zastępczych rezystorów i kondensatorów jako wieloparametrowych dwójników o liniowych rezystancjach, indukcyjnościach i pojemnościach. Wartości i niepewności tych parametrów szacuje się metodą najmniejszych kwadratów z pomiarów częstotliwościowej charakterystyki modułu impedancji. Zadanie jest matematycznie skomplikowane, gdyż zwykle otrzymuje się układ równań nieliniowych, nierozwiązywalny analitycznie. Aby uzyskać równania liniowe zastosowano metodę dopasowywania ze zmianą zmiennych. Metodę tę autorzy opracowali poprzednio i użyli już z powodzeniem w innych zadaniach metrologicznych.
EN This article presents a method for determining the parameters of equivalent circuits for resistors and capacitors as multiparameter two-terminal circuits with linear resistances, inductances, and capacitances. The values and uncertainties of these parameters are estimated using the least-squares method from measurements of the frequency response of the impedance modulus. The task is mathematically complex, as it typically results in a system of nonlinear equations that cannot be solved analytically. To obtain the linear equations, the authors used the fitting method with a change of variables. This method was previously developed by the authors and successfully used in other metrological tasks.
