Abstract
EN This paper presents an improved equivalent circuit of a magnetic system with air core coils, using equivalent circuit models. A system of two magnetically coupled air core coils is analyzed, the basic equivalent circuit is presented, and the rationale for introducing modifications to this circuit is discussed. Equivalent Cauer circuits are used in the study. It is demonstrated that modifying the equivalent circuit is essential. for the accurate analysis of the magnetic systems under consideration.
