EN The article investigates the factors affecting a trust in project management. The factors influencing trust in program and project management classified as either a cognitive-based or an affect-based are defined and analyzed in both manufacturing and service sectors based on survey data collected from project managers of various industries and service sectors firms in USA and abroad. The article alalyzes the trust affecting factors in both vertical such as supervisor-subordinate and horisontal such as peer-to-peer type of dependency among project management processes participants. The article follows two prevuiously published articles by author on trust in project management.
