PL Głównym celem pracy było: Opracowanie metodyki badań zużycia erozyjnego materiałów konstrukcyjnych i funkcjonalnych oraz zaprojektowanie i opracowanie urządzenia do badania zużycia erozyjnego, umożliwiającego realizację testów erozyjnych wg autorskiej metodyki badań. W pracy zaprezentowano fizykalną charakterystykę procesu zużywania erozyjnego oraz negatywne skutki oddziaływania erozji. Przeanalizowano metody badawcze wykorzystywane w badaniach zużycia erozyjnego. Dokonano analizy systemów z medium powietrznym i wodnym wykorzystywanych w testach erozyjnych. Przedstawiono autorski algorytm metodyki badań zużycia erozyjnego materiałów konstrukcyjnych i funkcjonalnych. Przedstawiono badania weryfikacyjne modułów wykonawczych oraz kompletnego, oryginalnego urządzenia do badania zużycia erozyjnego. Zaprezentowano weryfikację autorskiej metodyki badań, przeanalizowano wyniki badań zużycia erozyjnego materiałów konstrukcyjnych i funkcjonalnych oraz udokumentowano możliwość badania zjawisk fizykalnych zachodzących podczas procesu erozji z wykorzystaniem opracowanego, zintegrowanego systemu badawczego.
EN The main objective of the study was to: develop the research methodology for testing the erosion wear of structural and functional materials and to design and develop the equipment for testing the erosive wear, allowing to conduct the research in accordance to own research methodology in a wide range of parameter variability of the process of erosion. The thesis presents the physical characteristics of the process of erosive wear and negative effects of erosion. The author presents an original algorithm for methodology of research of erosion wear of structural and functional materials, which sets out four steps: formulate objectives and the scope of research, preparation of tests, execution of tests and analysis of the results. The verification tests of the developed operational modules and the complete original equipment for the erosive wear testing are presented. Also the verification of the author's research methodology is presented, the results of erosive wear of structural materials and functional are analysed and the ability to study the physical phenomena occurring during the process of erosion using developed, integrated research system is documented.
