Abstract

EN The scheduling of orders and disposition of related rental articles in event logistics constitutes a complex and dynamic logistic problem. Varying venues, close temporal relations bet-ween consecutive events and additional effects, such as rush orders, thefts, damaged articles or misloadings, complicate the planning processes. Therefore, established planning and control sy-stems often reach their limits. The principle of autonomous control offers the potential to cope with these problems. This paper presents preliminary results from a research project that addresses the de-velopment of an autonomously controlled disposition system in event logistics based on soft-ware agents. At this, the focus lies on the design of the target process and the modelling of the corres-ponding logistic objects as autonomous agents within the system. A use case illustrates the proceeding.
