Abstract
EN This article presents the basic concepts concerning product and service systems. The classification was presented, and various concepts of such systems were discussed. The benefits of product and service systems for production companies were presented, as well as the main factors hindering their implementation. The influence of process management on the presented systems was also discussed. An example of such a system is also presented.
