Abstract
EN In this paper, minimal y-semi-open sets in topological spaces introduce and discuss. Also some properties of pre y-semi-open sets using properties of minimal y-semi-open sets obtain. As an application of a theory of minimal y-semi-open sets. I obtain a suffcient condition for a y-semi-locally nite space to be a pre y-semi-T2 space.
