EN The Human Resources Strategy for Research (HRS4R) is an initiative promoted by the European Commission whose objective is to improve the working conditions of research staff. Its implementation is divided into three stages (application, implementation and renewal); It is therefore similar to a process of analysis and continuous improvement. In this line, this work aims to present the Joint Action Plan for the Implementation of the Human Resources Strategy for Research (HRS4R) developed in REUNICE H2020 Project within the framework of the EUNICE alliance (European University for Customised Education); since it is a good university management practice that can serve as an example to other institutions.
