The architect’s walk

EN Drawings present the effects of walking around the city during studies at the Faculty of Architecture of the Poznań University of Technology. These walks were intended to familiarize with the structure of the city: its buildings, characteristic features, and dominants of selected districts. The article mainly presents the shapes of square and individual buildings that attracted the most attention – through details, colors or contrast with the surroundings depending on the time of day and weather. The main target was areas that from the very beginning seemed to stand out due to their climate – Wilda, Śródka and Chwaliszewo.
