Abstract

EN The aim of the paper is to present the authors' novel approach to methodology for assessing the level of raters agreement (process operators, quality controllers and/or experts) and its interpretation, that is the methodology for study of reliability for qualitative characteristics. Both mathematical tools and study organizational guidelines are discussed. The method is based on the novel fuzzy similarity coefficient SC. The proposed methodology was used in a measurement system study for attributes of a tube connector of Swan-Ganz catheter production process.
