Abstract
PL Procesy logistyczne w przedsiębiorstwach produkcyjnych koncentrują się wokół problemów związanych ze sprzedażą i dystrybucją, planowaniem produkcji, zarządzaniem materiałami i dostawami. W całym łańcuchu logistycznym jednym z najważniejszych jest proces planowania produkcji, szczególnie gdy produkcja dotyczy nowego produktu. W przypadku przedsiębiorstwa opisanego w artykule jako pierwszy uruchamiany jest proces statusowania produktu. W artykule przedstawiono model procesu statusowania nowego wyrobu w systemie zarządzania danymi podstawowymi — SAP. Proces do zamodelowania został wybrany z mapy procesów firmy. Jest on istotny dla całości realizacji produkcji nowego wyrobu. Do zaprojektowania omawianego procesu wykorzystano dedykowane narzędzie informatyczne.
EN Logistics processes in manufacturing companies are focused on issues related to sales and distribution, production planning, materials management and supply. In the entire logistics chain one of the most important is the process of production planning. Especially when it concerns the production of a new product. In the case of the company described in the article starts the statusing of the product. The article presents a model of the statusing of the new product in the data management system master — SAP. The process of modeling has been selected from the map business processes. It is important to fully implement the production of a new product. For the design of the process it uses a dedicated IT tool.
