EN The purpose of this publication is to draw attention to the issue of negative factors shaping the personality of potential managers and their influence on psychosomatic diseases. The environment for the research was virtual reality of simulation strategic games. The results of the research indicate a problem of isolation from reality in favor of simulation games alterreality. The author points at significant relations between neurotism, psychotism and the amount of time spent in the alterreality.
