PL Artykuł koncentruje się na wybranych zagadnieniach z zakresu kształtowania tożsamości klastrów wodorowych w warunkach współczesnej transformacji energetycznej. Oprócz wprowadzenia i podsumowania składa się z trzech części, w których scharakteryzowano strategiczny wymiar transformacji energetycznej, zarys idei tożsamości zrównoważonych klastrów wodorowych oraz praktyczne podejście partnera publicznego do kreowania tej tożsamości ośmiu klastrów wodorowych w Polsce w ramach koncepcji Polskiego Ekosystemu Innowacji Dolin Wodorowych. Na podstawie wyników badań własnych wykazano, że wspieranie rozwoju klastrów wodorowych przez partnera publicznego w świetle ambitnych założeń krajowych i europejskich co do zrównoważonego rozwoju gospodarki wodorowej i technologii wodorowych jest działaniem celowym, zorganizowanym, indywidualnie zróżnicowanym i systematycznie realizowanym. Jednocześnie proces kształtowania tożsamości klastrów wodorowych pozostaje pod wpływem makro- i mikrootoczenia oraz wewnętrznego środowiska tych klastrów. Z uwagi na fakt, że w charakterystycznej przestrzeni klastrowej krzyżuje się i współistnieje szereg tożsamości budowanych na różnych poziomach, nie tylko tożsamości indywidualnych poszczególnych jednostek heterogenicznej społeczności klastrowej (członków klastra), ale także tożsamości zbiorowych, w tym tożsamości społecznych, sektorowych, regionalnych i lokalnych, wybrana problematyka może stanowić inspirację do podjęcia dalszych badań na gruncie dyscypliny nauki o zarządzaniu i jakości.
EN The article focuses on selected issues in the field of shaping the identity of hydrogen clusters in the conditions of the modern energy transformation. In addition to the introduction and summary, it consists of three parts in which the strategic dimension of the energy transformation, the identity of sustainable hydrogen clusters and the practical approach of the public partner to create this identity of eight hydrogen clusters in Poland are characterized. Based on the results of own research, it has been shown that supporting the development of hydrogen clusters by the public partner in the light of ambitious national and European assumptions regarding the sustainable development of the hydrogen economy and hydrogen technologies is a purposeful, organized, individually differentiated and systematically implemented activity. At the same time, the process of shaping the identity of hydrogen clusters is influenced by the macro- and micro-environment as well as the internal environment of these clusters. Due to the fact that a number of identities built at different levels intersect and coexist in the cluster space, not only individual identities of individual units of the heterogeneous cluster community, but also collective identities, including social, sectoral, regional and local identities, therefore the selected issues may be an inspiration for further research in the field of management and quality science.
