Abstract
EN Synthetic biology of natural product analogues is an engineering discipline that takes into account the inherent complexity, stochasticity and unpredictability of biological systems, as well as the associated design difficulties. Applied, interdisciplinary tools allow for the predictable design, synthesis and testing of new initiators and precursors on a selected target with selective bioactivity.
