Abstract

EN This paper is devoted to the use of Phase Change Materials as a cement concrete modifier in Middle East climate. Due to large amplitude of daily air temperature in these conditions, Phase Change Materials can be used to reduce the dynamic of thermal peak in an ageing concrete. Partial results of studies to determine the influence of various factors on the effects of modifications are presented.
