Depending on the amount of data to process, file generation may take longer.

If it takes too long to generate, you can limit the data by, for example, reducing the range of years.

Abstract

EN In the paper improvements obtained for context lossless audio coding are investigated. The approach is not popular in audio compression, hence, the research concentrates on static forward predictors optimized using MMSE criterion. Two and three context algorithms are tested on 16 popular benchmark recordings. Savings due to inter-channel audio dependencies are also considered. It is shown that indeed, context approach has potential of improving data compaction properties of audio coding algorithms.
