Abstract

EN The article presents the issue of reverse logistics in the configuration of a sustainable supply chain. The focus was on optimizing the supply chain as a complex and dynamically changing system. In order to analyze the problem of reuse of the component/finished product, a simulation model was built based on the actual realities of the industry. This model takes into account aspects of both coordination and interdependence of links in the supply chain and material flow. By conducting experiments on the supply chain system, recommendations were developed, which radically changed the nature of reverse logistics in the analyzed complex system.
