PL Celem artykułu jest wyjaśnienie problemu kluczowych parametrów wpływających w zasadniczy sposób na wzrost i rozwój przedsiębiorstwa. Autorzy podejmują próbę zrozumienia parametrów na podstawie analizy literatury w 9 kluczowych obszarach modelu biznesowego z uwzględnieniem poszczególnych etapów rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa. Ponadto omówiono obszary, etapy i determinanty wzrostu i rozwoju w efektywnym modelu biznesowym. Artykuł kończy analiza zestawów głównych wskaźników monitorujących wzrost i rozwój modelu biznesowego w różnych fazach cyklu życia organizacji.
EN The purpose of the article is to explain the problem of key parameters that have a fundamental impact on the growth and development of the company. The authors attempt to understand parameters based on literature analysis in nine key areas of the business model, taking into account the individual stages of company development. In addition, the areas, stages and determinants of growth and development in an effective business model were discussed. The article ends with an analysis of sets of the main indicators monitoring the growth and development of the business model at various stages of the organization’s life cycle.
