PL W artykule autorka opisuje rolę zieleni w strukturze miasta. Dokonuje przeglądu pozytywnych sposobów oddziaływania zieleni na ekosystem i klimat miasta. Następnie charakteryzuje oddziaływanie zielonych dachów i ścian, przedstawiając ich wpływ na otoczenie i budynki. Analiza sytuacji w zurbanizowanych obszarach miejskich dowodzi, że powierzchnie dachów i ścian są przestrzeniami, które powinny być zazieleniane. Jest to konieczne, szczególnie w dobie zmniejszających się powierzchni zieleni miejskiej w stosunku do wzrastającej powierzchni zabudowy. Wprowadzanie zieleni w strukturę obiektów architektonicznych wyznacza kierunek rozwoju architektury, który przeciwdziała miejskiej wyspie ciepła i wspomaga adaptację do zmian klimatu.
EN In the article, the author describes the role of greenery in the city’s structure. Reviews the positive ways in which greenery affects the city’s ecosystem and climate. Then describes the impact of green roofs and walls, showing their impact on the environment and buildings on which they are located. Analysis of the situation in urban spaces, shows that the surfaces of roofs and walls are spaces that should be green. It is necessary, especially in the era of removing urban greenery, to replacing it with new architecture structures. Introducing greenery into the structure of architectural objects is a direction of architectural development that counteracts the urban heat island and supports adaptation to climate change.
