PL Automatyka budynkowa to nieodzowna część instalacji znajdujących się w danym obiekcie. Zadaniem jej jest integracja poszczególnych instalacji obecnych w budynku. Oprócz tego pełni ona również funkcję kontrolno-sterującą, dającą możliwość centralnego sterowania oraz reakcji instalacji budynku na powstałe sytuacje. W pracy podjęto próbę analizy zasadności stosowania automatyki budynkowej. Czy jest ona tylko nowym trendem w projektowaniu, czy jej obecność jest obligatoryjna w budynkach. Skupiono się na przedstawieniu możliwości automatyki pod kątem komfortu osób przebywających w danym obiekcie oraz stworzeniu odpowiedniego mikroklimatu zarówno podczas pracy jak i odpoczynku. Kolejną istotną kwestią poruszoną w artykule jest wysokie zużycie energii przez sektor budowlany oraz możliwości jego redukcji poprzez stosowanie szeroko pojętej automatyki budynkowej.
EN Building automation is an indispensable part of the installation located at the facility. Its task is to integrate individual systems present in the building. In addition, it performs the operation and control function, giving the possibility of central command and response of the building’s installation to arising situations. The paper attempts to analyse the legitimacy of building automation. Is it just a new trend in the design, or is its presence mandatory in buildings? The focus is on presenting the possibilities of automation for the comfort of those residing in a facility and creating the right microclimate during both work and rest. Another important issue raised in the article is the high energy consumption by the construction sector and the possibility of its reduction through the use of wider building automation.
