PL W pracy zaprezentowano wyniki pomiarów parametrów termicznych tranzystora MOS mocy, dla którego zastosowano cieczowy system chłodzący firmy Aquacomputer. Zbadano wpływ wybranych parametrów systemu chłodzącego w tym m.in.: rodzaj wymiennika ciepła oraz prędkość przepływu cieczy chłodzącej na właściwości cieplne tranzystora. Dla porównania, przedstawiono wyniki pomiarów parametrów termicznych rozważanego tranzystora umieszczonego na radiatorze. Porównano skuteczność odprowadzania ciepła z wnętrza tranzystora do otoczenia przy zastosowaniu wymienionych wyżej układów chłodzenia.
EN The paper presents the results of measurements of thermal parameters of power MOSFET implemented in liquid cooling system offered by Aquacomputer. The influence of selected cooling system parameters, such as: the type of heat exchanger and the flow rate of the coolant on the thermal properties of transistor, has been examined. In comparison, the results of measurements of thermal parameters of the considered transistor located on the heat sink, have been presented. Efficiency of heat radiation to the surroundings of the transistor using the above–mentioned cooling systems, has been investigated.
