PL W niniejszym artykule wyjaśniono pojęcie innowacji produktowej występującej w bankowości. Pokazano najnowsze innowacje produktowe w wybranych bankach w 2013 roku. Dokonano przeglądu sytuacji w bankach odwzorowującej bieżącą pracę w oddziale, sytuację klientów oraz naturalne skutki wdrożenia innowacyjnych produktów.
EN This article explains the concept of product innovation that occurs in banking. Shown are the latest product innovations in selected banks in 2013. An overview is made of the situation in banks reflecting current work in the branch, the situation of clients and the natural effects of the implementation of innovative products.
