Abstract

EN Transport possibilities of the new vibratory conveyor in dependence on the excitation frequency of inertial vibrators were investigated in the hereby paper. The comprehensive model of the machine together with the loose feed material was tested. Simulations allowed to determine the dependence of the transport velocity on the excitation frequency. The time needed for a sudden stopping of the transport was also investigated. The new controlling strategy, realised by means of the excitation frequency, was proposed for situations when there is a necessity of sudden stopping of the transport.
