PL The article presents the results of research of the mechanical properties of mineral cast. Studies have been conducted to verify the literature data about the value of tensile strength, compressive strength, and Young's modulus. In addition, one more parameter was determined, which has not been encountered anywhere in the analyzed literature (Poisson's ratio) so far.
