EN An article presents regional research identifying four models for company managing (mono-rational, organisational, political, and garbage basket) with detailed phases of macroeconomic advance and classic restructure areas (danger of bankruptcy, struggle for survival, growth, development, and regress). The research was carried out in seven manufacturing companies located in the western part of Poland. The material presented herein has is to be treated as a case study.
