Depending on the amount of data to process, file generation may take longer.

If it takes too long to generate, you can limit the data by, for example, reducing the range of years.

Abstract

EN The progressive organizational transformation of manufacturing companies combined with new technologies supported by automation and digitization of production processes is caused, among other things, by the growth of diverse customer requirements. Increasing customer requirements oblige manufacturers to improve production process management methods. The basic direction of improvement is the optimization of production management processes in terms of productivity and product quality, while one of the most important tools for monitoring the course of the process is the analysis of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). They are used to monitor strategically, operationally, and tactically relevant parameters of the production process, and thus to evaluate the company’s management system. The purpose of the article is to present the possibility of using indicators to control and optimize the production process. The indirect goal of these measures is to achieve a more efficient manufacturing process by developing a decision-making model based on key performance indicators, which will enable the optimization of the decision-making process and the effective exchange of information at various decision-making levels. The first part of the article describes the most relevant features of KPIs. Also presented are the assumptions for such a decision-making model, taking into account the various levels and areas of management, and the course of action for selecting, implementing, and improving a system based on this type of indicators. The analysis conducted using the developed diagram is described, which made it possible to select the key performance indicators of the enterprise. Guidelines and design assumptions for an information system to support decision-making processes based on KPIs were created, enabling: automation of data processing procedures, optimization of the function of overseeing objectives for individual decision-making levels, and improvement of the reporting system and calculation algorithms.
