EN This article presents the process of viewing web pages using biometric tools such as eye tracking, face reading and mouse clicking. The obtained results allow us to understand the so-called user experience, i.e. the user experience gained when using different portals. The text will present the main aspects related with the behavior of people using the broadly understood Internet, their feelings and the way they access it. The use of modern technologies will allow to precisely determine the way the user's eyes or computer mouse moves.
