PL Tematem artykułu jest problematyka dotycząca tzw. architektury inkluzywnej-integrującej – w kontekście aktualnych procesów urbanizacyjnych i towarzyszącym im przemian społecznych. Autor charakteryzuje założenia, które są dostępne dla wszystkich, sprzyjają jednoczeniu ludzi i porządkowaniu przestrzeni. Obszarem zainteresowania są działania projektowe, jakie mają miejsce na terenie przedmieść. Strefy te są wyjątkowo interesujące ze względu na złożoną strukturę i dynamiczny rozwój. Powstawaniu nowych osiedli i zespołów mieszkaniowych towarzyszą typowe dla tego środowiska zjawiska. Wraz z przemieszczaniem ludności narastają konflikty między rdzennymi mieszkańcami a grupami napływowymi. Pojawia się potrzeba łączenia osób o różnych oczekiwaniach, zainteresowaniach i stylach życia. Przestrzeń przedmieść ze względu na swą różnorodność jest intrygująca i pod wieloma względami problematyczna. Współczesna architektura powstaje tu obok starych kamienic i zdegradowanych obiektów postindustrialnych. Dominują chaos i przypadkowość. W tej sytuacji niezbędne wydaje się dążenie do wprowadzenia równowagi i ładu nie tylko w wymiarze przestrzennym, ale i społecznym. Wyjątkową rolę w tym zakresie mogą odegrać odpowiednio aranżowane przestrzenie i budynki publiczne o charakterze integrującym. Domy kultury, mediateki czy obiekty związane z edukacją i rekreacją mogą przyczynić się nie tylko do uporządkowania tkanki miejskiej, ale również do zmiany relacji międzyludzkich. Zagadnienia dotyczące roli architektury inkluzywnej w procesach transformacji urbanistycznych autor ilustruje przykładem z rejonu przy ul. Głównej w Poznaniu. W artykule przedstawiona została historia wspólnych działań członków Centrum Inicjatyw Lokalnych „Fyrtel Główna”, Stowarzyszenia Młodych Animatorów Kultury i studentów Wydziału Architektury Politechniki Poznańskiej w przygotowaniu projektu koncepcyjnego Domu Społecznego.
EN The subject of the article is the issue of the so-called inclusive architecture-integrating in the context of current urbanization processes and accompanying social changes. The author characterizes assumptions that are available to everyone, conducive to uniting people and organizing space. The area of interest is project activities that take place in the suburbs. These zones are extremely interesting due to their complex structure and dynamic development. The emergence of new housing estates and housing complexes is accompanied by phenomena typical for this environment. As people move, conflicts between indig-enous people and immigrant groups are increasing. There is a need to connect people with different expectations, interests and lifestyles. The space of the suburbs, due to its diversity, is intriguing and problematic in many respects. Contemporary architecture is created here next to old tenement houses and degraded post-industrial buildings. Chaos and randomness dominate. In this situation, it seems necessary to strive to promote balance and order not only in the spatial but also in the social dimension. An exceptional role in this respect can be played by appropriately arranged spaces and public buildings of an integrative nature. Cultural centres, media libraries or facilities related to education and recreation can contribute not only to the ordering of the urban fabric but also to the change of neighbourly relations. The author illustrates the issues concerning the role of inclusive architecture in the processes of urban transformation with an example from the area at Główna Street in Poznań. The article presents the history of joint activities of members of the Center for Local Initiatives “Fyrtel Główna”, the Association of Young Culture Animators and students of the Architecture Department of the Poznan University of Technology in the preparation of the conceptual design of the Social House.
