Abstract

EN Increasing customer requirements oblige producers to improve methods of managing the production process. One of the directions of improvement is the digitization of production management processes. The digitization process significantly affects the way of monitoring and controlling the production process by optimizing its resources thanks to the use of effective methods of collecting and processing information. One of the most important tools for monitoring the course of the process is the analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPI). They are used to measure and evaluate the strategically, operational and tactical parameters that characterize the functioning of the enterprise. This article presents an novel model of the hierarchical structure of indicators, the task of which is to support the managerial staff in the decision-making process. The model allows to optimize and control of the production process at various decision levels based on reliable information resulting from its parameters.
