Abstract

DE The article focuses on the development of intelligent MicroGrids in local distribution networks. Geopolitical and technical conditions for the creation of modern energy systems, require the implementation of advanced telemetry systems. The paper presents the concept of two demonstration systems designed to manage and control energy appliances in distribution grid and the flow of energy between selected points in the network as well. Two independently operating systems in Germany and Austria are presented to increase the integrity and reliability of RES-related system operation. Solution scenarios and positive aspects of the individual systems tested are also presented. Increasing the flexibility of these systems in adapting to changing network parameters, customer behaviour and network operator requirements was discussed.
