EN The study presents the concept of control and visualisation of the operation of exemplary industrial processes with the application of SCADA system. SCADA systems and applications in various fields of economy were reviewed. Applications that perform the assumed visualisation, alarm, archive and protection objectives were proposed. The designs were prepared in Vijeo Citect environments. Due to diversity and versatility of the selected systems, the completed applications may easily be implemented in many actual locations irrespective of the pre-existing control systems.
