Streszczenie

EN The paper presents the problems of the introduction of information system management in a big industrial company located in the Wielkopolska region in Poland. The investigated system was supposed to support the flow of information between the data coming directly from the production and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The results of the investigation showed that regardless how advanced the system can be it is crucial to pay attention to human factor.
