Abstract
PL Świadomość pracowników dotycząca wprowadzanych zmian w przedsiębiorstwie, może i często jest czynnikiem determinujących sukces takiego przedsięwzięcia. Przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjne dostosowując swoje procesy produkcyjne do zmiennych warunków rynkowych często wdrażają wybrane narzędzie Lean Management. Celem artykułu jest odpowiedź na pytanie problemowe: czy świadomość pracowników jest niezbędnym elementem wdrożenia narzędzi lean management w przedsiębiorstwie. Celem pośrednim autorów była weryfikacja skuteczności metod wdrożenia narzędzi oraz wskazanie kierunku dalszego rozwoju koncepcji i budowania kultury lean w strukturze badanej organizacji. Elementami pomocnymi w odpowiedzi na to pytanie będą analiza stanu wdrożenia narzędzi Lean Management w badanym przedsiębiorstwie oraz badania ankietowe wśród pracowników dotyczące świadomości wprowadzonych zmian. W artykule dokonano również krytycznej analizy przyjętej metodologii wdrożenia Lean Management w badanym przedsiębiorstwie i propozycję jej usprawnień.
EN Employees' awereness of implementing changes in company may be and usually is a factor which determines success of such an undertaking. Production factories have to implement dedicated tools of Lean Management to adjust their production processes to changing conditions in the market. The aim of the paper is to find answer to the question if employees awereness is the key element in implementing those tools in the company. What is more, authors would like to verify the efficiency in implementing choosen tools and show possible steps of further implementation and building lean culture in the organisation. Authors used several tools to fulfill the task and find the answer to above stated question. In the paper the results of survey are provided. Based on employees answers, authors could analyse the level of awereness and commitment among company. What is more, the study on level of transformation is shown, based on personal observations of the process. Through research authors tried to check the level of understanding and commitment within workforce. Authors provided a critical analysis of choosen metodology of Lean Management's implementation and suggested several possible improvements.
