Abstract
PL W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań wybranych cech technicznych kruszywa granitowego i wapiennego oraz betonów konstrukcyjnych z ich zastosowaniem. Do wykonania betonów użyto grysu wapiennego z wyrobiska Wapienno na Kujawach oraz grysu granitowego z kamieniołomu w Strzegomiu. Badania odporności kruszyw na rozdrabnianie wykonano, stosując dwie receptury betonu o identycznym składzie ilościowym. W pierwszej użyto kruszywa wapiennego, a w drugiej granitowego. W przypadku betonu przeprowadzono badania wytrzymałości na ściskanie, nasiąkliwości, głębokości penetracji wody pod ciśnieniem i mrozoodporności. Uzyskane wyniki potwierdziły, że właściwości fizykomechaniczne betonu wykonanego na bazie kruszywa wapiennego są porównywalne do właściwości betonu wykonanego na bazie kruszywa granitowego.
EN The article presents the results of tests of selected technical features of granite and limestone aggregate as well as construction concretes made with their use. Limestone grit from the deposit in the Piechcin, Barcin and Pakość regions in Kujawy and granite grit from the quarry in Strzegom was used for the tests. The tests were carried out using two concrete recipes with the same quantitative composition. In the first, limestone grit was used, and in the second – granite. The tests of aggregate resistance to grinding were carried out. Compressive strength, water absorption, water penetration depth under pressure and frost resistance were tested for concrete. The obtained test results confirmed that the physical and mechanical properties of concrete made on the basis of limestone aggregate in the performed scope of tests are similar to the properties of concrete made on the basis of granite aggregate.
