EN The article proposes a solution to the problem of forge-free filling of the gas cylinder valve knob in relation to the operation of the pneumatic shock absorber in the elevator system, which transports the charge material to the electric inductor of the automatic hot forging press. The pneumatic shock absorber plays a crucial role in this process and is responsible for ensuring that the input material is transported correctly and efficiently. The operation of the shock absorber must be carefully controlled to ensure that the system functions properly and that the level of deficiencies is minimized. The authors of the article conducted a simulation of the entire system to analyze the reaction of the system to a change in the operating parameters of the shock absorber. The simulation showed that specific and correct characteristics of its operation can be determined, which has an impact on reducing the level of deficiencies. The results of the simulation provide valuable insights into the behavior of the system, which can be used to optimize the operation of the shock absorber and improve the overall performance of the hot forging process.
