EN The aim of the article is to provide the scientific and practical tasks of developing and scientifically substantiating theoretical and scientific-methodical approaches to investment support for introducing industrial innovations to enterprises, i.e., to find the level of their innovativeness. To forecast the results of organizational, financial, and economic changes regarding the formation of investment support for the implementation of innovations, the study proposed using a scenario approach, which involves the formation of 3 scenarios: evolutionary, most likely, and optimistic. It differs in the parameters of introducing changes and, accordingly, affects the factors determining the volume and cost of attracting high-risk capital, considering capital adequacy assessment. For economic assessment and forecasting for the medium-term perspective of the feasibility of forming investment support for the implementation of innovations, the use of the definition is justified on the modified value of the change in the net present value of the enterprise. It reflects the impact of the proposed measures on the value of the additional net financial flow and the discount rate, which allows it to be adjusted depending on the current level of investment risk regarding introducing innovations.
