Abstract

EN This paper presents the issue of a nonharmonic multitone generation with the use of singing bowls and the digital signal processors. The authors show the possibility of therapeutic applications of such multitone signals. Some known methods of the digital generation of the tone signal with the additional modulation are evaluated. Two projects of the very precise multitone generators are presented. In described generators, the digital signal processors synthesize the signal, while the additional microcontrollers realize the operator's interface. As a final result, the sound of the original singing bowls is confronted with the sound synthesized by one of the generators.
