Abstract

EN This paper deals with the problem of chemical pre-treatments of hot dip galvanized materials for the adhesion of organic coatings. In the first part of the paper are mentioned new perspective technologies of chemical pre-treatments and the second part is devoted to the comparison of current and modern chemical pre-treatments and their influence on the adhesion of organic coatings and corrosion resistance. The goal of scientific research is to replace the current chemical pre-treatments due to increasing demands to reduce production costs, protect the environment and reduce the total time of these technological processes.
