PL W referacie przedstawiono przegląd problemów związanych z modelowaniem oraz badaniami doświadczalnymi efektywności wibroizolacji w nawierzchniach kolejowych. Uwzględniono szereg norm laboratoryjnych oraz zaleceń i przepisów kolejowych kolei europejskich. Wskazano czynniki mające wpływ na modelowanie wibroizolacyjności nawierzchni kolejowych oraz podano miary stosowane w normatywach. Zwrócono uwagę na niedostatki polskich przepisów PKP PLK S.A. w zakresie zarówno teoretycznym jak i praktycznym dotyczącym wymagań dla elementów sprężystych, które są stosowane coraz częściej na naszych liniach kolejowych.
EN In the paper a review has been presented of problems arising during modeling and carrying out in-situ measurements of vibration attenuation of rail tracks equipped with elastic insertions. Several laboratory standards have been mentioned as well as standards concerning modelling and in-situ measurements that are used by European railways. The standard measures of insertion loss have been given and some factors that influence the predictions of insertion loss have been pointed out. The deficiency of Polish State Railways’ regulations has been shown both as to the theoretical aspects of track modeling and to the requirements the suppliers should fulfill while offering their products.
