Abstract

EN The subject of this study is organizational culture and it’s impact on improving efficiency. The article show how important it is the behavior of employees and their mutual relationship. To improve the efficiency is also influenced by driving style and way of management. The article presents the results of the authors on the example small manufacturing company. The case study includes a diagnosis of organizational culture and is done using the model of competing values formulated by Cameron and Quinn.
