Abstract

EN The paper aim is to present a method for analysing competition in Intelligent Autonomous Environment (IAE) sector. IAE is a system of integrated industrial buildings, or residential districts, or shopping districts, etc., defined as an intelligent environment that has all systems of self-steering and adaptation. This paper is a part of a larger research project called “Innovative Management System of Designing, Building, Maintenance and Development of IAE”. Model of IAE management system includes 1/Functional Model of IAE, 2/Model of Organizational Structure of IAE, 3/Model of Processes and Standards of IAE, 4/Methods and Technics of Management supporting designers and managers. One of the management methods and technics supporting IAE designers and managers is the method for analysing competition in the sector. The method based on M. Porter’s Five Forces Analysis, but is modified in details for IAE requirements. The method was examined for the forecast of competition in IAE sector in Poland.
