Abstract

DE Der Artikel stellt die Auswertungen mittels Thermografie aufgenommener Wärmebilder von einer Scheiben­bremse der Elektro-Lokomotive BR 193 unter Feldbedingungen vor. Die verwendete Prüfmethodik misst die Verteilung der sich beim Bremsvorgang erhöhenden Temperatur der Brems­scheibe sowie umliegender Bauteile und Aggregate. Besonderes Augen­merk wird in dem Artikel auf die Kalibrierung der Wärmebild­kamera im Hinblick auf die realen Umgebungs­bedingungen während der Messungen gelegt. Durch die indirekte (kontaktlose) Temperatur­messung mit Hilfe einer Wärmebild­kamera kann die richtige Kalibrierung der Kamera­einstellungen auf reale Bedingungen den Mess­fehler reduzieren.

EN The article presents the results of thermal imaging tests of the disc brake of the BR 193 locomotive in field conditions. The research methodology was developed for the above-mentioned vehicle and the temperature distribution of the brake disc and the elements and assemblies in its vicinity during braking was measured. In the article, particular attention was paid to the configuration of the thermal imaging camera to the actual conditions occurring during the test. This is important because due to the rotating brake disc, it is difficult to verify the temperature value with another contact measuring device. In exceptional cases, temperature measurement with the use of thermocouples is used, but it requires an extensive additional measurement system and signal recording, which is more expensive. Although the temperature is measured indirectly with the thermal imaging camera, the correct configuration of the camera settings to real conditions may affect the measurement error by several percent.
