Abstract

EN Ergonomic projects are specific interventions undertaken in modern manufacturing enterprises. Their importance is increasing due to the growing awareness of the impact of adapting the workplace to the employees' abilities on their well-being, sense of safety at work and the effectiveness of their professional activities. In addition, the interdisciplinary nature of ergonomics is more and more noticeable, also in the area of optimal design of production processes (reconciliation of production goals with ensuring that the requirements of machine and device users are met). For this reason, factors are sought that determine the successful implementation of ergonomic projects. They may be related to the way the project is conducted, but also result from the specificity of ergonomic activities in a given enterprise. This article presents the factors of ergonomic project’s success identified on the basis of a literature review and an expert study, which were used to develop an input data set for scenarios for the implementation of such projects in manufacturing companies. Their application was verified in the selected manufacturing company.
