Depending on the amount of data to process, file generation may take longer.

If it takes too long to generate, you can limit the data by, for example, reducing the range of years.

Abstract

EN The paper presents the problem of damage detection in a guy cable of a truss steel mast. The presented issue of a truss steel mast with nine guy cables is described and solved by the Finite Element Method (FEM). Damage in one guy cable is modeled as a local area reduction of one element. The analyses of static structural responses are carried out with the use of Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT). Signal decomposition according to the Mallat pyramid algorithm is applied. The measured variables are static displacements of the point where the cable connects to the truss mast. The numerical example is presented.
