EN The analytical part of the study presents (in the form of an artifact) the macroergonomic system: "human community - organizational and technological component". A tool model of the organizational and technological component of this system was proposed. Then, for the purposes of effective and efficient crisis management of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic, two categories of the idea of leadership are described: dominant and participatory. The role of the mission, vision and leadership strategy in the context of the pandemic crisis control dilemma was also analyzed. Based on these analyzes, twelve premises of professional pandemic leadership and social intelligence of the artifact in question were formulated. The research part of the study presents the use of an inventive expert method for the purposes of analyzing the title problem. The course of this experiment was described, the results of the research in the form of six paradigms and the model of participatory pandemic leadership and its command-and-control antithesis based on these paradigms. The matrix of effective and efficient pandemic leadership was used in concluding practical conclusions. The general conclusions of the study emphasizes two post-industrial conditions of effective and efficient crisis management of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic: professional leadership of the human community and the so-called social intelligence of the macroergonomic system.
